Philosophy: The Holy Cross ASC Program adheres to the same philosophy as our school.  It has Christ as our foundation, and we strive to develop each child's gifts, knowing that they will one day use those gifts to serve God and others.  To accomplish this goal, we focus on building faith and inspiring minds.

After School Care (ASC) Program

The program provides a safe place for students while parents are at work.  It is available for preschool to 8th grade.  Activities include a snack, assistance during homework time, creative play,  developmentally appropriate games, and physical activities.

Snacks will be provided. Parents are required to sign their child out at the end of each day.  

Policy: All school policies regarding illness, behavior, and discipline, as noted in the Parent/Student Handbook, apply to After School Care and will be adhered to, as this program is part of Holy Cross Catholic School.

Hours and Fees - Annual Registration Fee of $40 per family

• Early Pick-Up
  • 3:30 - 4:00 - $4 per day per child
  • 3:30 - 4:30 - $8 per day per child
• Daily
  • 3:30 - 6:00 - $13 for 1st child, $10 for additional child
    (not to exceed $25)
• Drop-in  3:30 -? (No registration fee paid) $15 for 1st child, $12 for each additional child

Late Pick-up Fees:  ASC closes promptly at 6:00.  There is a $1.00 charge per minute late fee to be paid with the next payment.

Payment

You must submit your Weekly ASC Request Form with payment no later than Thursday of the previous week.  Extra forms will be available at ASC or in the school office.   Payments and ASC Request Forms may be turned into the school office or during pick-up from ASC.  Parents who do not send in a weekly payment will be billed at the end of each month.

Checks should be made payable to Holy Cross Catholic School.

Delinquent payments: Delinquent payments will result in the suspension of ASC services until fees are paid in full.

Termination

Termination is possible if one of the following occurs:

• Student behavior becomes harmful to others.
• Parents fail to make timely payments.
• Parents have repeated late pick-ups.
