Volunteers Needed for the Fun Run & Parish Festival!
Our annual Mile Fun Run and Parish Festival are just around the corner, and we need your help to make this exciting weekend a success! There are many opportunities to volunteer, and we will schedule volunteers in shifts so everyone has time to enjoy the festival, too.
Thursday, September 17
6:00 PM: Tent setup — 10 volunteers needed
Friday, September 18
Starting at 3:00 PM: Festival setup (tables, chairs, stage, and more) — 20 volunteers needed
Saturday, September 19
8:00-9:00 AM: Electrical setup — 4 volunteers needed
9:00–10:00 AM: Mile Fun Run — 10 volunteers needed
4:00–8:30 PM:
Ticket Booth — 24 volunteers needed
Kids/Inflatables Area — 10 volunteers needed
General Event Assignments — 10 volunteers needed
8:00 PM until finished: Cleanup — 20 volunteers needed

¡Se Necesitan Voluntarios para la Carrera Familiar y el Festival Parroquial!
¡Nuestra Carrera de Una Milla y Festival Parroquial anual se acercan rápidamente, y necesitamos su ayuda para hacer de este emocionante fin de semana todo un éxito! Hay muchas oportunidades para servir como voluntario. Organizaremos a los voluntarios en turnos para que todos también tengan la oportunidad de disfrutar del festival.
Jueves, 17 de septiembre
6:00 p. m.: Instalación de la carpa — Se necesitan 10 voluntarios
Viernes, 18 de septiembre
A partir de las 3:00 p. m.: Preparación del festival (mesas, sillas, escenario y más) — Se necesitan 20 voluntarios
Sábado, 19 de septiembre
8:00/9:00 a. m.: Instalación eléctrica — Se necesitan 4 voluntarios
9:00–10:00 a. m.: Carrera de Una Milla — Se necesitan 10 voluntarios
4:00–8:30 p. m.:
Venta de boletos — Se necesitan 24 voluntarios
Área de niños/inflables — Se necesitan 10 voluntarios
Asignaciones generales durante el evento — Se necesitan 10 voluntarios
8:00 p. m. hasta terminar: Limpieza — Se necesitan 20 voluntarios
